Create Music Group is seeking an experienced Catalog Migration Manager to join the CMG Digital Distribution team in Los Angeles. You will lead catalog migrations from intake, through staging and validation, to DSP distribution, ensuring metadata accuracy and adherence to style guides.
You will coordinate across M&A, distribution and operational teams, track progress in internal tools, and report status to stakeholders while helping refine best practices for efficient catalog migrations.

The CMG Digital Distribution team is seeking an experienced Catalog Migration Manager to work directly with the M&A and Distribution team on new catalog acquisitions by managing the process of receiving, staging, and distributing new catalogues in our proprietary music distribution software. The role is responsible for following and developing catalogue migration best practices, optimizing current workflows, tracking projects from start to finish and above all, ensuring a seamless transition of new catalogs on DSPs.
