Job summary

OFS is seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to join our eTools Team. You will create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of catalog data across CET, Specify, Price, R12, Cyncly, and Spec, collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and CET Development.

You will coordinate data timelines, launch and update products, and support catalogs for local distribution while connecting product symbols with catalog data and providing daily eTools support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with product data management concepts, tools, and practices.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with product specification tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between product marketing, sales operations, and eTools team to promote data integrity.
• Works with technology team to launch, update, and enhance products via digital specification tools.
• Coordinate product data timelines with Product Application Managers to support development goals.
• Create new catalogs in CET for export to vendors.
• Create and maintain customer-specific catalogs for local distribution.
• Connect product symbols with catalog data.
• Compile catalog data for distribution.
• Maintain textile information in data with marketing and fabric teams.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and assist with daily eTools support tickets.

OFS is currently seeking a qualified candidate for a Product Data Specialist role to join our eTools Team.
We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of catalog data across multiple platforms including CET, Specify and Price, R12, Cyncly, and Spec (among others). This role liaises between cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and CET Development. This position ensures all product data across platforms is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with product specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison between product marketing, sales operations, and eTools team to promote communication and data integrity
• Works closely with the technology team to launch, update, and enhance products and programs via digital specification tools
• Coordinate product data timelines and requirements with Product Application Managers, supporting product development goals
• Create new catalogs in CET for export to vendors
• Create and maintain customer-specific catalogs for local distribution
• Connect product symbols with catalog data
• Compile catalog data for distribution
• Work with marketing and the fabric team to maintain current and accurate textile information in our data.
