SaddleBrooke Two is hiring at our SaddleBrooke Two restaurants in Arizona. Under the direction of the Chef, the cook will prepare food items according to recipes, assist with daily specials, and plate entrees per instructions. Qualifications

• 1+ years cooking experience, preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card required.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knife skills including dicing, chopping, slicing.
• Ability to use a slicer, mixer, and other kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per recipes and directions from kitchen supervisors.
• Retrieve items from storage for daily specials and menu items.
• Sauté, broil, fry, plate entrees as instructed.
• Clean workstation and equipment after service.
• Clean fryer/broiler and line area with disinfectants.
• Dispose of waste in proper receptacles.
