Job summary

Elevate Claims is seeking experienced Catastrophe (CAT) Property Adjusters to join our roster for deployment across the United States. This role involves traveling to inspect residential and commercial properties, handling storm-related claims, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of residential/commercial adjusting, an active Xactimate license, and willingness to travel in the Midwest during CAT events.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workload independently.
• Current, active adjuster licenses where required.

Responsibilities

• Travel and deploy throughout the Midwest during CAT events and high-volume periods.
• Inspect residential and commercial properties for storm-related damages.
• Maintain timely communication with policyholders, carriers, and Elevate team.
• Manage assigned claims to meet carrier expectations, SLAs, and deadlines.
• Provide a professional and empathetic experience for policyholders during the claims process.
• Maintain organized and complete claim files.
• Remain open to feedback and carrier-specific requirements.
