Job summary

Elevate Claims is seeking experienced CAT Adjusters to deploy on residential and commercial property claims across the Midwest and surrounding areas. Qualified candidates will mobilize during CAT events, inspect damages, and maintain clear communication with policyholders, carriers, and Elevate team.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial property adjusting, an active Xactimate license, and ability to travel.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
Current, active Xactimate license with demonstrated experience writing estimates.
Experience handling catastrophe property claims.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Midwest during periods of high claim volume.

Responsibilities

Travel and deploy throughout the Midwest during CAT events and periods of high claim volume.
Inspect residential and commercial properties for storm-related and other covered damages.
Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with policyholders, carriers, and the Elevate team.
Manage assigned claims independently while meeting carrier expectations, service-level requirements, and deadlines.
Provide a professional and empathetic experience for policyholders during the claims process.
Maintain organized, accurate, and complete claim files.
Remain open to feedback, quality reviews, and carrier-specific requirements.
