Elevate Claims is seeking experienced CAT Property Adjusters to join our roster for deployment across the United States, focusing on the Midwest. You will inspect residential and commercial properties, assess storm-related damages, and communicate findings to policyholders and carriers.

Role requires 3+ years of adjusting experience, active licenses where required, and ability to travel during CAT events. You will work independently, maintain detailed files, and uphold high service standards for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Current, active adjuster licenses in states where licensing is required.
• Experience handling catastrophe property claims.

Responsabilités

• Travel and deploy throughout the Midwest during CAT events and periods of high claim volume.
• Inspect residential and commercial properties for storm-related and other covered damages.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with policyholders, carriers, and the Elevate team.
• Manage assigned claims independently while meeting carrier expectations, service-level requirements, and deadlines.
• Provide a professional and empathetic experience for policyholders during the claims process.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and complete claim files.
• Remain open to feedback, quality reviews, and carrier-specific requirements.
