Job summary

Elevate Claims is seeking experienced Catastrophe (CAT) Property Adjusters to be deployed across the United States. You will inspect residential and commercial properties, travel during CAT events, and manage claims with a high standard of service.

Applicants must have 3+ years in property adjusting, an active Xactimate license, and the ability to work independently while communicating clearly with carriers and policyholders. You will join a roster for current and future deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Current, active Xactimate license with demonstrated experience writing estimates for residential and commercial property.
• Experience handling catastrophe property claims.
• Ability and willingness to travel during CAT events across regions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel and deploy throughout the Midwest and surrounding areas during CAT events and periods of high claim volume.
• Inspect residential and commercial properties for storm-related and other covered damages.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with policyholders, carriers, and the Elevate team.
• Manage assigned claims independently while meeting carrier expectations, service-level requirements, and deadlines.
• Provide a professional and empathetic experience for policyholders during the claims process.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and complete claim files.
• Remain open to feedback, quality reviews, and carrier-specific requirements.
