Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 2–4 year vocational technical training or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license for forklift driving and operation of equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to stand up to eight hours/day with bending, twisting, squatting and kneeling.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods to work with customers.
• Experience with CAT dealership or CAT products is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Caterpillar equipment including removing, repairing, assembling and installing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot engines, powertrains, electrical and hydraulic systems with CAT tools.
• Plan and organize to control job costs.
• Identify problems and recommend solutions to eliminate issues.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams and use internal software.
