LifeLine Animal Project is seeking a Cat Foster Coordinator to manage foster placements and support the Foster to Adopt program at the Georgia shelter. The role involves coordinating veterinary appointments, maintaining foster records, and providing guidance to volunteers and staff.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a passion for animal welfare. This is a hands-on, on-site position requiring weekend availability and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communications to clients, coworkers, fosters, and volunteers.
• Maintain the foster module in the shelter database to track foster pets.
• Assist the Foster to Adopt (FTA) kitten adoptions and follow-up care.
• Coordinate with adoptions for scheduling surgery for FTA kittens.
• Work with Veterinary staff to schedule vaccines and appointments.
• Train fosters, volunteers and employees on proper care of cats and kittens.
