Qualifications

• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and heavy equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, equipment safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Skill in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues using diagnostic and testing equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heavy equipment, trucks, diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service activities, including fluid changes, lubrication, tire maintenance, and safety checks.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify malfunctions and determine repairs.
• Disassemble, repair, rebuild, reassemble, and test equipment to verify operation and performance.
• Maintain maintenance records and service histories.
