Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Caterpillar 980M front-end loader.
• Load haul trucks safely and efficiently while maintaining awareness of surroundings.
• Move and manage aggregate stockpiles as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe loading area by minimizing spills and debris.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the loader's onboard bucket scale system.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety or mechanical concerns.
• Follow all safety policies and site requirements.
• Work in a high-volume aggregate/construction environment.
