• 5+ years of experience underwriting E&S excess casualty.
• Strong understanding of surplus lines, non-admitted filings, and high-hazard classes.
• Experience underwriting small and middle-market risks with appropriate attachment points.
• Established wholesale broker relationships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with E&S underwriting systems, rating methodologies, and workflow processes.
