Kean Miller seeks a lateral/experienced associate for its Casualty and Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group in Baton Rouge or Houston. The candidate should have a minimum of five years in general litigation, with strong deposition, motions, and discovery skills.

Ability to manage cases end-to-end and communicate effectively with clients is essential. Applicants must be in good standing with the TX and LA State Bars and be prepared to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment alongside

Qualifications

• Minimum five years general litigation experience.
• Experience taking depositions, drafting motions, and responding to discovery.
• Ability to manage a caseload from start to finish and handle client communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners on all phases of litigation.
• Engage in rapid response investigations, case reporting, discovery, and depositions.
• Prepare for trial and provide updates to clients and referral sources.
