The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in litigation and possess a strong understanding of the litigation process. Responsibilities include supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, preparing court documents, and managing case dockets. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in litigation.
• Strong understanding of the full litigation lifecycle, including case management, document review, and trial support.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Prepare and file court documents, including assembling exhibits.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Assist in deposition, hearing, and mediation preparation.
• Coordinate with process servers.
• Perform Bates labeling and document organization.
• Review and summarize depositions and medical records.
• Manage case dockets, calendars, and litigation tracking systems.
• Maintain production logs and coordinate electronic discovery efforts.
