Job summary

Kean Miller seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney for our Baton Rouge office. Candidates should have at least three years of litigation experience and be in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar.

Responsibilities include taking depositions, drafting motions, handling discovery, and managing cases from start to finish. You will appear in court and build strong client relationships while working with partners on all phases of litigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of litigation experience.
• Experience taking depositions, writing motions, and responding to discovery is highly desired.
• Must be in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Kean Miller’s clients and develop client/referral relationships.
• Independently manage a caseload from start to finish, including court appearances and depositions.
• Provide updates and communicate with clients and partners throughout the litigation process.
