Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a 2- or 4-year respiratory care program.
• Ohio license to practice respiratory care with NBRC credentials (RRT/CRT).
• Clinical experience in adult and neonatal respiratory therapy procedures and tests.
• Maintain current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide Respiratory Care while ensuring patient safety.
• Initiate and administer therapeutic procedures and diagnostic tests per policy.
• Record assessments in the medical record and maintain records.
• Precept new employees and participate in student rotations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and operate it safely.
• Communicate clinical information and collaborate with physicians and care teams.
