Job summary

Qualifications

• Some High School with 0–6 months of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of food safety required.
• ServSafe Food Safety & Sanitation license required within 6 months if not held.

Responsibilities

• Handle storage, labeling, portioning, cooking prep, and dishwashing.
• Receive, inspect and store food and beverage products.
• Train/mentor new kitchen staff in duties.
• Follow sanitation procedures.
• Prepare garnishes, salads, sandwiches, beverages.
