Fairview Health Services in Princeton seeks a casual physical therapist to serve outpatient adult and pediatric patients and inpatient acute care. The role supports weekend coverage with opportunities to pick up shifts for outpatient and inpatient care.

The ideal candidate will have orthopedic and neuro skills for outpatient, plus some acute care experience to support weekend coverage and collaboration with families for safe, effective patient care.

Qualifications

• General orthopedic and neuro skills for outpatient adults and pediatrics.
• Some acute care experience to support weekend coverage.
• Examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform Evaluation/Re-evaluation with patient and family.
• Gather pertinent data and perform examination.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient and family.
• Coordinate care and communicate with interdisciplinary team.
• Establish discharge plan and patient education.
