Labcorp in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team on a casual/per diem basis. Hours vary, with shifts 6am–6pm, Monday through Friday and weekends, across multiple sites.

You will perform venipuncture, collect specimens, enter data accurately and assist with billing as necessary. Strong customer service, communication, and flexibility are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• Phlebotomy certification or training is required; 2 years of experience preferred.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
