Job summary

Med Source Consultants seeks a CRNA for a casual position in Grand Rapids, MN. You will perform anesthesia across OR, Endo, and ED, with independence in nerve blocks and spinals, following established protocols. Excellent teamwork and patient-family collaboration are essential.

Initial schedule is 1-2 days per week through end of April, with ongoing need of 1-2 days per month. No call and no weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse anesthesia.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical CRNA experience.
• Must hold a current state license and NBCRNA certification.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical anesthesia duties with responsibility for patient care across OR, Endo, and ED settings.
• Proficient in nerve blocks and spinals; work independently.
• Administer anesthetic agents following established protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate patient status to the healthcare team; ensure patients and families are active partners in the anesthesia care plan.
• Facilitate staff coverage, assignments, and breaks within the surgical area.
• Assess and interpret patient data across life span.
