Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect castings for defects using hand tools as needed.
• Verify alloy composition using spectral analyzer and x-ray techniques.
• Document defects, severities, locations, and responsible departments.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports for process control and engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering and process control to resolve issues.
• Follow safety rules and operate equipment safely; participate in training.
