Job summary

Bharat Forge Aluminum USA, Inc. is seeking a Casting Production Operator to oversee furnace operations, casting, and machining processes in a heavy industrial setting. The role covers material handling, NDT, and routine maintenance to ensure safe, efficient production.

The ideal candidate will have CNC, furnace, and casting equipment experience, plus the ability to read technical drawings and perform quality checks. OSHA awareness and strong teamwork are required for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 4+ years of heavy industrial experience, including furnace operation and casting.
• Proficiency with CNC machinery and casting equipment; NDT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain furnaces, skimming machines, and charging equipment.
• Produce molds/cores and set up die-casting equipment; inspect tooling for defects.
• Operate CNC lathes, read drawings, and perform quality checks with measuring tools.
• Perform non-destructive testing to evaluate material integrity and document results.
• Move materials with cranes and forklifts; carry out routine maintenance on equipment.
• Monitor production parameters via HMIs and control platforms; troubleshoot faults and record data.
