Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Die Cast Operator for the Mercury Marine division in Fond du Lac, WI. This 3rd shift position will perform complete die cast operations on various parts using manual and automated equipment under supervision.

You will inspect parts, follow process sheets, and assist with quality checks. The role requires 18+ years old and the ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and a physical.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical.
• Willing to work a 3rd shift (night shift).

Responsibilities

• Perform complete casting operations on many different parts.
• Perform inspection as required.
• Coordinate periodic quality checks with support personnel.
• Understand and follow manufacturing documentation (process sheets, layouts, instructions).
• Perform minor preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Take corrective action for out-of-tolerance situations and notify relevant personnel.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment at shift end.
• Record time, attendance, production and quality data.
• Observe safety rules and safe work practices.
