Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in equipment maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of casting processes and equipment maintenance requirements.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings to support maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on casting equipment per schedules.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Record maintenance activities, parts used and downtime in logs.
• Support equipment setup and changeovers for casting molds.
• Follow safety, lockout/tagout protocols during maintenance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to sustain production flow.
• Contribute to process improvement and equipment optimization.
• Attend training on new casting technologies and maintenance practices.
