Commonwealth Rolled Products is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Casting Maintenance & Engineering team. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement to maximize productivity and product quality.

The position requires strong leadership, the ability to manage maintenance activities, and collaboration with the Superintendent and Production teams to meet production goals.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years industrial electrical and/or mechanical experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to rotate shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to understand how manufacturing activities impact cash conversion, EBITDA and other financial metrics.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and HR policies, standard work documents, maintenance instructions.

• Adhere to labor agreements and manage vacancies and attendance.
