Job summary

Commonwealth Rolled Products in Lewisport, KY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Casting Maintenance & Engineering team. You will analyze, organize, and direct maintenance work to maximize productivity, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include safety culture, PMs and work orders, cross-shift communication, and results-focused leadership to meet production goals and cost targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED required.
• 5+ years industrial electrical and/or mechanical experience with leadership responsibility.
• Ability to read and interpret safety policies and procedures, HR policies, standard work documents, and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to rotate shifts in a 24/7 operation.
