Job summary

A high school diploma is required; prior foundry or manufacturing experience is preferred, with training provided for newcomers. Sign-on bonus and multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; foundry training is a plus.
• Experience in foundry or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate casting machines and related equipment.
• Prepare molds and cores to specification, ensuring they are clean and free of defects.
• Continuously monitor casting parameters to maintain consistency and quality.
• Inspect finished castings for dimensional accuracy and finish; adjust processes when necessary.
• Record production data and maintain documentation.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Work with teammates to troubleshoot issues and improve throughput and quality.
