Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. (Jackson, TN) is seeking a Casting Engineer to establish capital budgets, set specs, and lead trials for powertrain casting projects. You will manage planning, procurement, installation, and trial activities to meet production objectives.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with large-capital projects (> $5M), and proficiency in CAD tools and automation systems. Onsite in Jackson, TN.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with production prep or manufacturing experience.
• Major model change experience and project milestone management.
• Six Sigma and structured problem solving experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects >$5M from planning to SOP.
• Develop budgets, equipment/die specs and procurement plans.
• Install equipment and run casting trials to SOP milestones.
• Coordinate meetings, review materials, gain consensus.
