Job summary

Netflix is seeking an Associate/Associate Counsel for Casting Administration in Los Angeles, CA. This role supports the US/Canada/UK Scripted Series group, structuring, negotiating, and drafting guest performer agreements, and coordinating with talent agents and attorneys.

The successful candidate will advise on SAG-AFTRA contracts and oversee the legal workflow from pre-production through post-production. A BA/BS is required; JD applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in contract review and drafting for complex talent agreements.
• Experience with SAG-AFTRA, ACTRA, or UBCP Collective Bargaining Agreements required.
• BA/BS degree required; JD applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and draft guest performer agreements for the Casting Business Affairs Team.
• Advise internal teams on SAG-AFTRA union contracts and related matters.
• Manage the legal workflow from pre-production through post-production and coordinate with talent agents and attorneys.
