Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a part-time Cast Member to deliver friendly guest service in a fast-paced cinema environment. You will handle concessions, cashier duties, and stock management while maintaining cleanliness across lobby, concessions, and theaters.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assembling orders, operating POS terminals, resolving guest concerns, and supporting staff with seating and crowd control as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient guest service, administrative and follow-up skills.
• Capable communication with guests, supervisors, peers, vendors, or partners.
• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, traversing stairs, and bending frequently.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
