Job summary

Illinois State University’s CAST IT Student Help program seeks a student to provide technology assistance to CAST faculty and staff. You will perform basic computer troubleshooting, assist with hardware/software issues, and gain mentoring opportunities while balancing coursework.

Hours are 28 per week, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm. The role pays $15.00/hour and requires reliable, customer-service oriented communication with strong written and verbal skills.
