Job summary

CSU Stanislaus is seeking a temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant in Information Technology (IT). The position runs from August 17, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with possible reappointment depending on budget and performance.

Responsibilities include helping faculty, staff, and students with classroom technology, conducting daily room checks, delivering equipment campus-wide, and handling receiving/unboxing/moving tasks. Open until filled.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.

Responsibilities

• Assist faculty, staff, and students in the use of classroom technology.
• Perform daily room checks to ensure operation and readiness of classroom/conference room technology.
• Deliver equipment across campus.
• Assist with receiving, unboxing, organizing, and moving equipment and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
