Qualifications

• Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to possess explosives.
• Ability to listen, understand and take technical data into consideration for operational decisions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis for issues in manufacturing.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and quality standards.
• Responsible for quality inspections during packing procedures.
