Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking a Cast Booster Producer to assist in setup, filling, inspection and packaging of Cast Booster products in a safety‑driven facility. You will help ensure quality, support safety programs and participate in lean and housekeeping activities to reduce waste.

The role emphasizes listening and communicating clearly, troubleshooting production issues and performing materials handling with forklift equipment. Relevant manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to undergo ATF background check to possess explosives.
• Ability to listen, understand and use technical data in decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up, filling, inspection and packaging of Cast Booster products following safety and quality standards.
