Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass ATF background check to possess explosives.
• Ability to listen, understand and take technical data into consideration for decisions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis.
