Job summary

Two Kings Casino is seeking a self-sufficient Recruiter to manage full-cycle talent acquisition for frontline and professional operations. Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, this role runs its own desk, prioritizing high-volume hiring while building long-term talent pipelines.

You will partner with department heads, guide candidates through the Catawba Gaming License process, and deliver a white-glove experience from first call to final offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in hospitality or casino environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Catawba Gaming License process is a plus.
• Proficient with ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Gaming, Cage, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, IT, and Admin roles.
• Source talent via social media, job boards, networking, and community outreach.
• Coordinate large-scale recruitment events and open-house interviews.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and phone screenings to assess fit and skills.
• Guide candidates through the Catawba Gaming License process and compliance.
• Manage offer letters, salary discussions within budgets, and start dates.
• Partner with department heads to refine selection criteria and pipeline strategies.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and contribute to job descriptions and interview guides.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
