Maverick Gaming is seeking a Surveillance Observer to protect casino assets through gaming and security camera systems. The role focuses on dispatching security, monitoring equipment, and maintaining logs across shifts.

The ideal candidate has prior surveillance or security experience, familiarity with cash handling, and knowledge of Washington gambling regulations. This is a part-time position with shifts available and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in surveillance or security.
• Cash handling knowledge and familiarity with Washington gambling rules.
• Experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
• Must read and comprehend documentation and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch security to incidents observed.
• Ensure equipment is operational at all times.
• Report incidents to Surveillance Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of casino information.
• Communicate incidents to pit personnel by phone.
• Assist in ongoing education of surveillance staff.
• Operate surveillance cameras and related equipment.
• Write incident reports and maintain logs.
• Know table game procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
