Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch security to incidents observed during shift.
• Ensure all equipment is operational at start, during, and end of shift.
• Report incidents to Surveillance Manager promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of casino information.
• Communicate incidents to pit personnel concisely by phone.
• Assist in ongoing training of the surveillance department.
• Operate surveillance cameras and equipment.
• Write incident reports and maintain log sheets.
