Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of work experience in gaming surveillance, regulatory compliance, auditing, law enforcement, loss prevention, or casino security with dispatch experience.
• Working knowledge or prior use of CCTV equipment preferred.
• Willing to work non-traditional schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required.
• No direct personal or business relationship with any SVCR employee.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record all gaming activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct investigations and video reviews of incidents and misconduct.
• Document and report findings for regulatory or management action.
• Protect assets and reduce potential liabilities through vigilant surveillance.
