Job summary

Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake is seeking a Surveillance Agent to support casino protection by monitoring activities and auditing for compliance. You will assist in protecting assets, observe transactions, and maintain surveillance records with strict confidentiality.

Qualified candidates will communicate effectively in English, pass basic math tests, and complete required training on surveillance systems, reports, and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site role in California.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Pre-employment skill assessment covers basic computer and keyboarding, math, reading, communication, and related skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect casino assets and ensure overall security.
• Monitor casino activity for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct mini audits on employees to check work procedure accuracy.
• Observe pit drops, slot drops, and chip/paper fills.
• Complete and maintain surveillance records and documentation.
• Notify supervisors of issues, security risks or illegal activity.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior.
