SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Casino Dual Rate Shift Managers are pivotal in maintaining efficient and effective casino operations. They are responsible for overseeing the shift's performance, optimizing gaming revenue, enhancing the guest experience, and upholding operational integrity. This role includes strategic management of all casino activities, supervision of team members, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition to managerial duties, this position also performs the role of a dealer as needed.
