Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated in Terre Haute, IN, is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to support the Food and Beverage team during events. You will assist with setup and breakdown, serve food and beverages, and help maintain a clean, organized banquet space.

The role requires taking direction from the Banquet Captain, delivering excellent service, and adapting to a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with hospitality experience welcome;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable licensing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown for banquets.
• Serve food and beverage items during events.
• Clean and restock banquet spaces.
• Follow Banquet Captain instructions to ensure quality and service.
• Maintain appearance and professionalism.
