Golden Nugget Danville is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to provide courteous, efficient service in a fast-paced casino restaurant environment. You will be responsible for menu knowledge, beverage lists, and accurate guest check handling while ensuring guest satisfaction on your shift.

Applicants should have at least two years of high-volume restaurant experience, be able to obtain a gaming license, and demonstrate strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive guest

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a restaurant server in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated successful performance in a guest service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment.

Responsabilités

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with IGB Rules and Regulations, Federal and State laws and company policies.
• Deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions.
• Know all menu items, wine lists, beverage menus, table assignments, and serving procedures.
• Understand and follow pre-check, guest check, cashiering and ticket procedures.
• Complete set-up, opening and closing duties according to side work procedures.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and productive work environment.
• Resolve guest problems promptly and relay concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain excellent communication with guests, vendors, and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
