WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC is seeking a Security Officer in Lincoln, Nebraska. This full-time position covers a swing shift, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. The role focuses on patrols, incident response, and guest safety in casino and hotel areas.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, money and chip transfers, and ensuring regulatory compliance with NRGC. Applicants should be 21+, possess a HS diploma or GED, and have strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to remain composed under stress and handle conflict professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all guests, team members, and property.
• Monitor and patrol casino/hotel areas during assigned shifts.
• Respond to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Prepare detailed and timely incident and investigation reports.
• Assist with the secure transfer of money and gaming chips.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and NRGC regulations.
• Control access to restricted areas and the video lottery facility.
• Provide assistance and information to guests and employees as needed.
• Stand post for extended periods as required.
• Maintain consistent radio communication and respond promptly to back-up calls.
• Attend required training sessions and department meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
