WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Security Officer I to help maintain a safe environment for guests, team members, and assets at our Omaha, NE property.

This full-time role involves patrolling casino and hotel areas, responding to incidents, assisting with money transfers, and ensuring compliance with casino policies and gaming regulations, with shifts that vary by property needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, supervisors, and managers.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safety and security of guests and team members.
• Patrol casino and hotel areas to identify safety concerns.
• Record investigation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Prepare reports documenting significant activities and incidents.
• Assist with the secure transfer of money and gaming chips.
• Maintain compliance with casino rules and regulations.
• Report day-to-day activities to the Security Supervisor or Manager.
• Control access to restricted areas and respond to backup calls.
• Provide customer service and assistance to guests as needed.
