WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC is seeking a Security Officer to ensure guest, team member, and asset safety at our Lincoln property. The role involves patrols, incident response, and customer-service interactions in line with NRGC regulations and company policies.

Swing shift, evenings, weekends, and holidays required; 21+ years old with HS diploma preferred. Competitive benefits and a comprehensive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to remain composed under stress and handle conflict professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all guests, team members, and property.
• Monitor and patrol casino/hotel areas during assigned shifts.
• Respond to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Prepare detailed and timely incident and investigation reports.
• Assist with the secure transfer of money and gaming chips.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and NRGC regulations.
• Control access to restricted areas and the video lottery facility.
• Provide assistance and information to guests and employees as needed.
• Stand post for extended periods as required.
• Maintain consistent radio communication and respond promptly to back-up calls.
• Attend required training sessions and department meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
