Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a security professional to help safeguard guests, employees, and property across our hotel, casino, and surrounding areas. The role requires vigilance, rapid response to disturbances, and adherence to all laws and company policies.

You will patrol on foot or in a company vehicle, handle emergencies, manage shift paperwork, and maintain access control for keys. Prior casino security experience is preferred; candidates must meet age and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to stand and walk for a full shift with physical requirements including lifting, reaching, kneeling, bending.
Prior casino security experience preferred.
May be required to possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the Company and/or its insurers.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

Circulate through hotel, casino, and outdoor areas to detect disturbances, illegal activity, or safety hazards and take appropriate action.
Respond to emergencies in accordance with all applicable laws and company and departmental policies and procedures.
Responsible for the security of all keys and related assets.
Complete requisite paperwork related to shift activities.
Other duties as assigned by management.
