Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is hiring for a Security Supervisor on-site. The role oversees the Security Department during the assigned shift, assisting in supervision of Security Officers, ensuring staffing, and maintaining safety protocols across the property.

The position requires a minimum of two years in security, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage incident reporting and investigations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security or related field experience.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of Security Officers on assigned shift.
• Maintain staffing levels by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling and evaluating personnel.
• Patrol property to identify hazards and report to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Serve as back-up to Security Officers and assume duties as needed.
• Prepare and request incident reports and follow up until completion.
• Guard transfers of monies and chips on casino floor and oversee chip fills and credits.
• Interact with guests and employees professionally to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Attend departmental meetings and communicate information throughout the property.
• Assist in investigations with Surveillance and Risk Management as required.
