Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of supervisory experience in casino security or a comparable field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop security team members.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills for emergencies and critical incidents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for briefings, documentation, and staff communication.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and licenses as mandated by regulatory authorities.
• Capability to stand and walk throughout a standard shift; physical exertion as needed.
• Preferred: experience in staff training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of leadership principles and supervisory best practices in security operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and instruct security team members on proper job performance and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings informing staff of events, concerns, and priorities.
• Establish and maintain shift schedules and assignments.
• Review and approve incident reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Review and authorize arrests and respond to emergencies requiring supervision.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide direct support to officers as needed.
• Execute additional duties and special projects as assigned.
