Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of six (6) months of casino security experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift; lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain required certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the Security Department during assigned shift.
• Train and brief staff regarding events and problems to monitor.
• Maintain shift schedule and delegate work assignments.
• Review and approve all shift reports and arrests; respond to emergencies.
• Ensure officers maintain professionalism by adhering to laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist security officers with assigned duties as needed.
